Terms and Conditions — VIP Game Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and VIP Game ("the Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms apply to all use of the VIP Game website, mobile application, and any related services.

By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full. You also confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements described below.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use VIP Game, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf — corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

VIP Game reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This includes government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of the payment method used. 3 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. This includes your password, any security questions, and any authentication codes sent to your registered device. You should never share your login details with another person.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on VIP Game. If you suspect that you have accidentally registered a duplicate account, contact support immediately. Intentional creation of multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

You must keep your registered contact details up to date. If your phone number, email address, or preferred payment method changes, update your account information promptly. VIP Game is not responsible for failed communications or transactions resulting from outdated account information.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify our support team immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking the account while the investigation is in progress.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on VIP Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods:

• Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment method. These are displayed at the point of deposit in your account dashboard.
• Most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to several hours depending on your bank's processing time.
• VIP Game does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds are held in your PKR account balance and can be used for betting, live casino, fish games, or other available game categories.
• Deposits made in error should be reported to support immediately. We will investigate and advise on the appropriate resolution.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the payment method registered on your account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that belongs to you and matches the name on your account.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies per transaction. The current minimum is displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the request.
• Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete identity verification. This is a one-time process and helps protect your account from unauthorised withdrawals.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier. Standard accounts are processed through the normal queue. Gold tier and above receive priority processing. Platinum and Diamond members receive same-day processing on most business days.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that satisfy all bonus conditions are eligible for withdrawal.
• VIP Game reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawal amounts. This is a standard security measure and does not indicate any issue with your account.
• Withdrawal requests that cannot be completed due to payment provider issues will be returned to your account balance and you will be notified.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

VIP Game offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for a given bonus is the total amount you must bet before the bonus balance (or winnings derived from it) becomes eligible for withdrawal.

• Bonuses are available to one account per household and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts will result in the cancellation of all associated bonus funds.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new accounts only. They cannot be claimed on accounts that have already made a deposit.
• VIP Game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus before any modification are not affected by the change to that specific offer.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to support. If an incorrect bonus is used before it is reported, the platform reserves the right to recalculate the affected balance.
• Cricket and PSL seasonal promotions are subject to match scheduling and may be adjusted if matches are rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply across all game categories on VIP Game, including sports betting, live casino, fish games, slots, and any other available titles:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed after it has been accepted by the platform.
• VIP Game reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed, where technical errors affected the odds, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.
• For cricket and PSL betting specifically, the platform follows standard international cricket betting rules. If a match is abandoned or deemed no result by the governing body, bets will be settled according to the applicable cricket betting rules shown on the relevant market page.
• Live in-play bets on cricket, football, and esports are accepted subject to connection quality. VIP Game is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, per market, and per account tier. These limits are subject to change and are displayed within the betting interface.
• Game results are determined by certified random number generation systems for slots and virtual games. For live casino, results are determined in real time by professional dealers. VIP Game does not interfere with game outcomes.
• Fish game outcomes involve a combination of player skill and certified game mechanics. All fish game titles available on the platform are sourced from established game providers.

8 VIP Loyalty Programme

The VIP Game loyalty programme automatically tracks player activity and assigns tier status accordingly. The five tiers are Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.

• Tier upgrades are based on cumulative wagering activity over a rolling period. The specific thresholds for each tier are displayed on the VIP page.
• Tier benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, and account manager access — are tied to your current tier and may change if your tier changes.
• Cashback payments are calculated on net losses over the applicable period and are credited in PKR to your account balance on a weekly basis for Gold and above.
• VIP Game reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits, or the structure of the programme. Existing tier holders will be notified of significant changes in advance.
• Tier status is linked to a single verified account. It cannot be transferred, sold, or shared between players.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on VIP Game. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any associated balances:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in any way that is not natural human usage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using the platform in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or verification, including using another person's identity or payment credentials.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts, the platform's backend systems, or any restricted areas of the website or app.
• Engaging in any behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards support staff or other platform users.

VIP Game cooperates with relevant authorities and will provide information in relation to fraudulent or criminal activity as required.

10 Privacy & Data

• Your personal data is used to manage your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and deliver customer support.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Termination

Either you or VIP Game may close your account. The following conditions apply:

• You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining after all bonus conditions are met will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method.
• VIP Game may close or suspend your account without prior notice if there is evidence of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, identity irregularities, or other conduct that warrants immediate action.
• Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances may also be withheld pending investigation if fraud or prohibited conduct is suspected.
• Accounts closed under a self-exclusion request cannot be reopened during the exclusion period, regardless of the reason given for the reopening request.

13 Limitation of Liability

VIP Game provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

• VIP Game is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors beyond our control, or third-party service failures affecting payment providers.
• We are not responsible for financial losses incurred through betting or gaming activity. All gaming involves financial risk and players accept this risk when using the platform.
• VIP Game is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their account credentials with another person or failing to secure their account.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the platform after changes have been notified constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.

The current version of these Terms, with the date of last update shown at the top of this page, always takes precedence over any previous version.
